My job as an ET did not last long. A few months later I was promoted to the position of Supervisor of Building Equipment Maintenance (BEM)
<My Management Training>
It normally takes an employee an average of 13 years to make it to Supervisor. I made it in less than 2. But it did not stop there I was also an Acting Superintendant of Maintenance then an Acting Manger of Plant Maintenance. I covered the positions of other Managers Detailed to other locations and I did this for very long periods of time with great results. They also sent me to more training as well.
