This for me has turned out to be one of the best parts about going to school here. In today's world of the Global Economy collaboration and cooperation is the key to success in business, and what better place to start than right in MBA school. Many of the classes require research and the production of large term papers. To ease the workload on each student the class is broken up into groups or teams. Another goal of this method is to get students familiar with what it is like to work in a group that has to collaborate to meet a deadline, under pressure with no errors in the result. An added advantage is that almost 50% of the students here are from Foreign Countries. So we are working in Multinational Teams from the get go. All teams once created operate autonomously.
