I like jogging around Prospect Park late at night

I work at an extremely complex job. There are hundreds of variables that come into play each day that I have to keep track of. Add to this the fact that I go to school at night too, and I am never statisfied with getting just a passing grade. I like getting grades at the high end of the curve. My runs around Prospect Park are a way for me to get an aerobic cardio workout, while at the same time being able to enjoy extreme peace and quiet in the midst of nature. Each lap is 3.7 miles and sometimes I can do 2 laps. I start my run by Fort Hamilton Parkway and from there it is a steady up hill run all the way to Grand Army Plaza, and then it starts to go down hill again. Each lap takes me about 30 minutes to complete. It's quite a work out but I enjoy it because it makes me feel good after I stop. My body suddenly feels very relaxed.

I have to walk about one mile to get home afterwards, but the walk is effortless after doing the run and my mind feels so relaxed and stress free.
